"I called an A/C company after breaker flipped repeatedly. A/C tech came out and was shocked rather moderately by breaker and said it was "arching." Tech said to get an electrician out immediately. Jason arrived in less than one hour after my call. Jason and John replaced all breakers in breaker box, along with some additional work, and did a very good job."
